Arranging the pickup from our hotel was completely hassle-free, and they offer convenient payment options including cash and QRIS.

We opted for the express wash, dry, and fold service, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our clothes came back clean, neatly folded, and smelled absolutely amazing.

What impressed us most was the constant updates throughout the entire process, from pickup to delivery, which gave us great peace of mind. The service was so good that we even recommended Shella Laundry to a friend who was also visiting Surabaya at the same time, and they were equally satisfied.
